Welcome to the Building Profiles section of our website. In here you will find a detailed write up on insert number here buildings on Marinaside Crescent and other downtown areas, sales history and current listings; as well as (eventually) statistical analysis of sales and listing prices based on number of bedrooms, square footage, exposure, etc.

You will note that a number of buildings included in this list are not on Marinaside Crescent. In keeping with our goal providing meaningful, specialized service, we have elected to include only buildings we know well, and providing meaningful information on areas in which we have conducted business before, rather than cluttering the website with basic information on the entire Vancouver West area.

Privacy legislation places explicit limits on the type and timing of sale price information that can be made publicly available. Complying with privacy laws, means limiting the scope of statistical analysis. However, complete information can be released in the course of "on-going business." Our goal is to educate the public as to the state of the market, by providing the most up-to-date information possible.
